An Apology

On Saturday 29 September, during an interview with a local TV station in Victoria, the President of the BC Aviation Museum stated that the museum now known as Toronto International Aerospace had gone bankrupt while attempting to restore Lancaster FM104. This is not the case. The museum's efforts to restore FM104 came to a halt because of their eviction from their site at Downsview.

We sincerely regret this error and apologize for it, and at the same time we recognize the substantial efforts made in Toronto to restore FM104. We share their enormous enthusiasm for this project and intend to follow on from their work to complete the restoration on behalf of all Canadians.
